We aim to have all orders packaged and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase.  Once shipped, your order should arrive within an average of 3 business days. Please note, however, that we cannot control shipping delays experienced by the U.S. Postal Service or other carriers - particularly those experienced as a result the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please note that flat rate and other discounted shipping offers are valid for domestic shipping in the US only.

We just ask that you pay for return shipping. All personalized/custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.
